How to connect Zapier and WPForms
WPForms is the most popular and advanced form building plugin for WordPress with over 4+ million active installations.
WPForms comes in two versions: Free and Paid. But for connecting WPForms with Zapier, you need to buy their Pro or higher plan.
To get the maximum discount possible for buy WPForms, click the link below:

Step – 1. Install and active WPForms
Once you have purchased WPForms, the first step you are going to do is to install and activate the plugin.
Now, login to your WordPress dashboard and go to the Plugin section and click the Add New button and search for ‘WPForms’ and install and activate it.
And for activating your premium license, go to WPForms > Settings and paste your license key and click Connect.

Step – 2. Install the Zapier addon
WPForms has lots of addons that work for different categories. In this case, we need to install their Zapier addon.
So, to install it, you’ll need to go to WPForms > Settings and then click on the Integrations tab.

Within this tab, you’ll see a Zapier option. Click on it to open more details. Here you’ll find a Zapier API key for your site.

Step – 3. Create a Zap in Zapier
In Zapier, zap means integrations. Here we need to create a zap that sends information from your forms to another service.
So, log in to your Zapier account, if you have not created your account then do that first.
Once you have successfully logged in to your account, click the black + button in the upper left corner.

It will show you a page for creating a zap. You can also name your zap in the upper left corner of the page.
After that, you need to choose your App and Event. Here we are going to connect WPForms with Zapier. So, search “WPForms” in the search bar and select it.

Once you’ve selected WPForms, Zapier will display your trigger options under Choose Trigger Event. Since WPForms only has one trigger option (New Form Entry), you can simply click the Continue button to proceed.

Next, you need to connect your Zapier account with WPForms. To do this, simply click the Sign in to WPForms button.

Now go back to your WordPress dashboard and copy your API Key for Zapier and paste it under the API Key section.
And in the website field, enter your name with the proper URL (i.e.: http://yoursitename.com/).
Once you have done, click on the Yes, Continue button.

Now, you need to choose your account from the drop-down menu and click Continue.

In the next step, you need to choose your form. If you didn’t create your form before then do it first. I already wrote an article about how to create a form, read that to know more about it.

To know your connection is successful or not, Zapier brings an option called Find Data. With it, you will get a chance to pull in sample entries to test your connection.
So, to check that, click Test & Continue or the Test & Review button before continuing (Before testing it make sure you already have at least one entry on your form).

If you have selected the Test & Review option, you should see your form entries populate. Then expand the entries and check that it is correct or not. In the end, don’t forget to click the Done Editing button.

On the other hand, if you have selected the Test and Continue button, Zapier will automatically take you to the next step if things are working properly.
Next Zapier will ask you to choose a Choose App & Event, where you’d like to send your form entry details.

Zapier has over 2,000 apps and services available, so choose your app according to your needs.
After selecting an app, Zapier will walk you through steps to pass form data to your chosen service. The steps remaining will depend on the service you integrate with.
Now you have successfully connected WPForms and Zapier. I hope this article will help you a lot. If so, then share it with your beloved friends and family. And for any query, feel free to comment in the comment section below.
