Step-1. Install and active WPForms plugin
After purchasing the plugin, install the plugin, and activate your license. Installing and activating a plugin is very simple, so I’ll don’t cover it here.

Step-2. Install WPForms’s Conversational addons
To install the Conversational Form addons, login to your WordPress dashboard, go to WPForms > Addons and install the Conversational Form addon.
Step-3. Creating your Conversational form
Go to WPForms > Add New and create your form or you can edit your existing form.
Now to enable Conversational features into your form, click Settings > Conversational Forms, in your form builder and check the box labeled Enable Conversational Form Mode.
After checking the box, additional options will appear.
Conversational Form Title: In the Conversational form title, enter the title of your form. This title will appear in your form’s header section in large text, so keep it attractive.
Message: You can also add a message in your form. This message will show underneath your form’s title.

Permalink: The Permalink is the URL where your conversational form can be viewed. Make it short so that the URL is easy to remember.
Header Logo: You can add a logo in your form. Simply click on the Upload Image button and select your logo. This will display at the top of your form.
The recommended size for the logo is 125 pixels height and 800 pixels width. This will help ensure your image to look its best as possible.
Hide WPForms Branding: By default, a WPForms’s branding will show in your form’s footer section. But if you want you can hide this by enabling the Hide WPForms Branding.
Color Scheme: In Color Scheme, you’ll need to choose a color for your form. You can choose between popular color options or select the dropper option and choose your custom color.
Progress Bar: Choose the type of your progress bar. This bar will be visible on your footer section. You can choose between Percentage and Proportion.
The Percentage format will show how much percent of the form will be completed.
And the Proportion format will show how many numbers of steps you completed and left.
