Now go to your form’s Settings page and click the Notifications option. Now hover over the message section and paste this HTML code.

Now to get your file’s URL, go to Media>>Library, select your file, and copy the URL.
Now back to your form’s Settings > Notifications, hover over the message section, and put the copied URL in the YourFile’sURL field. Don’t forget to click Save this.
